Proactive Set Up

When you take Proactive Set Up, we take care of setting things up so that FLG 360 works 'out of the box'. We'll also recommend any features that you may not have thought of that might be useful to you.

More Information

We can give general assistance on website integration, but we won't be able to do the development/integration work for you. This can be done by your web developer or by FLG if required, please request a quote.
If more time is required (and always with your approval), you can add extra hours to Proactive Set Up XL at £50 per hour.
After the set up is complete, ongoing support will continue to be provided for free as part of your subscription.
Please allow 5 working days from time of order for the Proactive Set Up to be completed.

Professional Services

We can provide a variey of services to help you to get the most out of FLG 360, including:

Importing data into FLG 360.
Setting up new lead groups or lead types.
Scheduling custom reports.
Designing or amending email, letter or text message templates.
Carrying out remote training.
