Billing Information
- Payment is by monthly direct debit.
- Subscription is billed monthly in advance.
- Text messages are billed monthly in arrears. We set a text messaging usage limit on a per account basis and can increase this as a credit history is established. Please contact us if your volumes are likely to be high.
- Both internal users and active outside partners (introducers or referral partners) are counted as users.
- Number of users can be changed at any time. The edition can be upgraded or downgraded once per month.
Packs & Services
We also offer a range of packs and value added services to tailor FLG 360 to your business. Some of our customers send large numbers of text messages - we can help with that. Other customers need to deal with a large number of partners, we offer price tailoring for that too.
