How does the trial work?
We'll first discuss your requirements and identify the important features for you. You'll then get free unrestricted access for 14 days, and we'll help you to get up and running.
What happens after the trial?
Just contact us if you'd like to carry on using FLG. Your trial becomes your permanent account (all of your settings and data will carry over). Of course, there's no obligation.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No, there's no commitment. You pay for the service month-to-month. If you decide to cancel, we won't bill you again once you tell us you wish to cancel. However, we don't refund for unused time, please see our Terms & Conditions of Service.
Is the per-agent price inclusive of all costs?
Almost, except for inbound SMS numbers (£10) and SMS messages (8p). Volume discounts are available, please ask us about those. Also note that our pricing above excludes VAT which is of course charged at the prevailing rate.
What is an agent?
An agent is either an internal user (i.e. a member of your sales team) or an introducer or lead buyer with access through your portal.
Can I add agents at any time?
You can add or remove agents through the subscription area within your account at any time.
What is the minimum number of agents per account?
The minimum number of agents on all editions is 5. You'll be charged the per-agent cost for each agent from 5 onwards.
How can I pay for my subscription?
You can pay by bank transfer, direct debit or credit card, whichever method suits you. We issue UK VAT invoices by email.
Are there any set up costs?

How do the email and lead limits work?
The email limit is the total number of emails you can send each month, and the lead limit is the total number of leads you can hold in your account.
What if I need increased email limits?
You can pay for extra emails on any edition billed at 7.5p/100.
